1361 plan

We have brought together under what we are calling the 1-3-6-1 plan all of our various mentoring and training modules.

Our aim is to offer a programme of events entitled What Every Business Needs and will be making further announcements very soon. Call or email for more information, we're here to help.

Making it Easy to Buy From You

Recently we have run a number of our short workshops on how to make it easy for your customers to buy from you. Many organsations inadvertantly put barriers in the way of the people who might want to use their services. We look at your business from the point of view of a customer and suggest ways that you can make it easier for people to access your products or services

Could your business use a health check? We are only a phone call or email away. Our contact details are at the bottom of the page

Other News

We have recently been helping professional bodies with the changeover to the new format of QCF assessments and qualifications and can offer assistance to any other awarding bodies through training in using unit level descriptors and credit based units of assesment, or in the writing of these units.

If you are moving towards getting your business accredited by the QCA as an awarding body, or if your are a membership organisation seeking to develop your membership criteria we can help. Call us or email. Our contact details are at the bottom of the page.

We have moved our news page to an external site and it now appears in the form of a blog. This helps us keep the news up to date more easily and allows us to maintain a news archive.

It is also interactive in that you can leave us a comment on any posting - so please let us know what you think. Click the NEWS link on the right to take you there.
